A couple of years ago, I lost a total of 25 pounds. This accomplishment occurred as a result of hard work and dedication. I completely overhauled my diet to include less sugar and more beneficial whole grains, dried fruit, and nuts. I also increased my vegetable intake. To celebrate my success, I went on a shopping spree. I was amazed when I fit into a pair of size 8 jeans for the first time in my life. Since that day, I’ve steadily restocked my wardrobe with smaller sized clothing items including a navy lace mini-dress.
